Return Policy

We want you to love PediTemp. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

To start a return, simply email our support team. We will send you a prepaid return label and process your refund once the item is received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All included accessories (sensor patches, charging case, cable) must be included
  • Opened sensor patches are non-refundable if the pack is more than 50% used

We cover return shipping on all orders within the United States.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

There are no restocking fees. Ever.

Exchanges

Need a replacement or received the wrong item? We make it easy.

If your PediTemp arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the original in most cases — just send us a photo and we will take care of it.

For standard exchanges, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will walk you through the process.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our US fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3 to 5 business days — Free on all orders
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2 business days — $9.99
  • Overnight Shipping (US): Next business day — $19.99

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. Every PediTemp is tested before it leaves our fulfillment center — but sometimes things happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will ship a replacement within 1 business day at no charge.
